Congratulations on your acceptance to Florida Gulf
Coast University!
Freshmen attending a spring term:
Freshmen who plan on attending FGCU during a spring term
will attend a spring Eagle View Orientation
(one day program with no overnight stay). Parents are
welcome to attend and will sit in on the program with the
student.
Freshmen attending a summer / fall
term: Freshmen who plan on attending FGCU in the
summer or fall
must attend a
mandatory two-day program
with a mandatory overnight stay in the campus apartments.
Parents are welcome to
attend, as we provide a separate parent program on
both days of
freshman orientation.
