I was born and raised in Santo Domingo , Dominican Republic and came to the United States in 1996. I came along with my mother, in hopes of a better future in school and work. I lived in North Fort Myers, where I attended the local high school and was the recipient to the Southwest Hispanic Chamber of Commerce full-ride scholarship to Florida Gulf Coast University . Since my arrival at FGCU I have worked with First Year Advising and Orientation

I enjoy hanging out with my friends, riding street bikes, and listening to Hispanic music and hip hop. As you are getting ready to enter the college world, remember to be open minded to the opportunities offered here at FGCU, have fun and work hard.
