    How to Use FastTrack: 9 easy steps!

FastTrack is a fast & user-friendly way to help retain freshman students!
Reports are submitted to First Year Advisors who serve as liaisons
for student success in early intervention advisement providing tutorial
& support service referrals.  Faculty submitting FastTrack reports will
receive feedback regarding intervention approaches taken via email.

View Navigation To FastTrack within GULFLINE  (Streaming Tutorial)

 1) Login to GULFLINE:
https://gulfline.fgcu.edu/pls/fgpo/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin

2) Enter your University Identification Number & PIN
    *If you've not been issued a Gulfline PIN you may request PIN from 
the Office of the Registrar: ORR@FGCU.EDU or 590-7999
                  
3) Click the “Faculty Services” menu option

4) Click the “FGCU FastTrack” menu option at the bottom of the page

5) Select the current term and click submit 

6) Select appropriate CRN (Course Reference #) to obtain class list 

7) Click student’s name for which you intend to submit a report

8) Check appropriate boxes:

    *excessive absences *poor performance on tests/quizzes 
     *failure to do assignments * lack of class participation. 

9) Submit any other pertinent information in the open comment field
    i.e. recommending withdraw from course prior to withdrawal
     without academic penalty deadline:

*Summer B 2013 semester withdrawal with no academic penalty deadline:
  Wednesday July 10th

*Fall 2013 semester withdrawal with no academic penalty deadline:
  Friday November 8th

*Spring 2014 semester withdrawal with no academic penalty deadline:
  Friday March 28th
