- Students with math placement test scores requiring
enrollment in Intermediate Algebra (MAT 1033) as a preparatory elective
credit must earn a C or better grade to meet the prerequisite to enroll
in general education math courses.
- All general education math courses require a C or better grade.

0-71 on EA = College Prep Math (remedial, non-credit bearing)
Note: Students in the SWFL region may enroll in remedial Math
courses through the local community college. Most students will need
to take and pass a course called Developmental Algebra (MAT 9024).

90+ on EA or ACT Math 24+ or SAT Math 550+ = *MAC 1105 (College Algebra), MGF 1106/7 (Finite

Math), STA 2023 (Statistical Methods)
66-86 on CLM = *MAC 2233 (Elementary Calculus), MAC 1147 (Precalculus),
and MAC 2157 (Analytical Geometry with Trigonometry)
