The following resource questions are suggested to help students seek information while attending the Annual Majors Fair:

 

1.      What are the required courses for this major, minor, or certificate?
 

2.      What classes should a student take to get a sense of what the major will be like?
 

3.      Is there a minimum GPA requirement for this major or an application/acceptance process?
 

4.      Are there any student clubs or organizations that a student can join once an academic program is chosen?
 

5.      What is your department’s philosophy on internships and field experience? When should a student start looking for an internship?
 

6.      What are the career options in this major? What are some of the job titles in this field?
 

7.      Who can I talk to if I have additional questions?

8.      Are there departmental/professional affiliations I should join once I choose a program?
 

9.      What are the career prospects of graduates of your program?
